Why Can't I Open Lessons/Flashcards?
If you are having difficulty when trying to open PDFs on Ellii, this is most likely an issue with your web browser or the PDF viewer attached to your browser. We suggest accessing the site from a different web browser to see if you experience the same issue.
For example, if you normally use Internet Explorer or Safari, please try Google Chrome or Firefox instead, as they will have a different PDF reader installed. This will help determine if the issue is with your current web browser's PDF reader.
We also suggest logging out, clearing your browser's cache and history, restarting your computer, logging back in and try opening the lesson(s)/flashcard(s) once more.
