If you are having printing difficulties when trying to print PDFs on Ellii, this is most likely an issue with your PDF reader program or your printer driver. We suggest accessing the site from a different web browser to see if you experience the same issue.

For example, if you normally use Internet Explorer or Safari, please try Google Chrome or Firefox instead, as they will have a different PDF reader installed. This will help determine if the issue is with your printer driver or your PDF reader through the browser.

We also suggest logging out, clearing your browser's cache and history, restarting your computer, logging back in and try printing once more.
