Why Can't I Print Lessons/Flashcards?

If you are having printing difficulties when trying to print PDFs on Ellii, this is most likely an issue with your PDF reader program or your printer driver.

We suggest checking to see if any updates are needed for your printer, web browser and/or device. Once you have installed these updates, restart your computer and try printing once more.

You can also try accessing Ellii from a different web browser to see if you experience the same issue.

For example, if you normally use Internet Explorer or Safari, please try Google Chrome or Firefox instead, as they will have a different PDF reader installed.

This will help determine if the issue is with your printer driver or your PDF reader through the web browser.

We also suggest logging out of your current web browser, clear your browser's cache/history, restarting your computer, logging back in and try printing once more.
