How to Assign Specific Tasks on the Lesson Planner

Please note that you will first have to add the lesson to the class before following the steps below to assign specific tasks on the Lesson Planner.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

After choosing a lesson and assigning it to your class, click on the lesson from the Prepping lane of the Lesson Planner for that class.

Please note: We recommend first choosing the Prepping lane as the location for the lesson in order to choose the tasks before moving the lesson to the Teaching lane.

Step 2

Click on Edit tasks.

Step 3

Uncheck the tasks that you do not want assigned and click Update.

Step 4

The Homework Updated modal will pop up. Click Okay to close the pop up.

Step 5

You can then move the lesson to the Teaching lane of the Lesson Planner.
