How to Archive or Disconnect Students
Log in to your account here:
Click on Classroom and select Students from the drop-down menu.
You can search for the student by typing in their name, select a class and search under Active, Pending or Archived. Active will contain student accounts that have been created and successfully joined at least one of your classes. Pending will contain students that have been invited by email but has not yet created their accounts. Archived will contain students that have been previously archived from a class.
Check off the box by the name of the student that you'd like to archive. Click on Archive at the bottom of the page to remove this student from your list of active students.
Note: You can archive multiple student accounts at the same time.
Click on Yes, Archive to proceed or No, Keep to cancel the action.
You can see your archived students by clicking on Archived from the Show Students filter on the right. Clicking on the More Options (...) menu by the archived student will allow you to disconnect the student account completely from your teacher account.
To disconnect an archived student from your account, you will click on the More Options (...) menu by the student's name and select Disconnect Student. Once a student has been disconnected, they will be removed from your student list.
To return a student to your active student list, select Restore Student from the More Options (...) menu.
