How to Remove Teachers from Accounts
As an administrator, you have the ability to remove any teachers from your list of sub-accounts. This is particularly useful when a staff member leaves your program and needs to be replaced with a new teacher.
Below you will find instructions that allow you to remove a sub-account and send a new invitation.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your administrator account here:
Step 1
Once logged in to your administrator account, click on Organization and select Team from the drop-down menu.
Step 2
On the Team page, you will see a list of connected teachers and a list of pending teachers.
To remove a connected teacher, click the More Options (...) menu next to the correct name and select Disconnect from the drop-down menu. This account will now be disconnected from your group.
Step 3
To remove a pending teacher, click the More Options (...) menu next to the correct name and select Delete Invitation from the drop-down menu. You can also resend a teacher's invitation to the group account from here.
