How to Unlock Student Accounts (Teachers)
An account locks if the password is entered incorrectly 5 times. Follow the steps below to learn how to unlock a student’s account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into your account here:
Step 1
Click Everything at the top. Then, click Classroom.
Step 2
Click the Students tab.
Step 3
Click the more options (…) menu next to the student. Then, click Unlock account.
The account is then unlocked and your student can try again to sign in.
