How to Use the PDF Tools

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

To view the PDF file associated with a lesson, click on the PDF icon or the Open PDF button.

Step 2

Clicking on a specific section will take teachers to the corresponding page.

Step 3

The PDF Versions drop-down menu allows teachers to select the version of English (US, Canadian, or British) as well as the teacher or student version (the student version does not contain the Answer Key).

Step 4

To print the PDF, teachers will click on the Print icon.

Step 5

To download the PDF, teachers will click on the Download icon.

Step 6

To share the PDF link with students, teachers will click on the Share PDF icon.

Step 7

Teachers can Zoom In/Out, Fit Page, Fit Width, or Rotate Page by selecting the appropriate icon on the PDF toolbar.

Step 8

Teachers can also use our annotation tools (Type, Draw, Erase) while presenting in class or via screensharing.

Step 9

To select an audio track, teachers will click on the Audio tracks button.

Step 10

Teachers can download the audio files by clicking on the Download icon.

Step 11

Once a track has been selected, teachers can click on the Play button.

Step 12

Clicking the Overview icon will bring teachers back to the lesson page.
