How to Share Videos with Students


Follow the steps below to learn how to share videos with your students.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to your account here:

Step 1

If you would like to share a video with your students, click on the Everything menu then select Media Gallery.

Step 2

Click on the Videos tab.

Step 3

Select a section to view the available videos for that section.

You can also choose a category to further narrow down your results.

Step 4

Click on a video that you would like to add to your class.

Step 5

Click on Add to class to share the video with your class.

Step 6

Select a class and location from the dropdown menu (selecting Teaching will make it available to your students right away). Click Save once finished.

Step 7

A popup will appear at the bottom of the page notifying you that the video was successfully added to the class. Click View Class to go directly to the class the video was added to.

Step 8

Clicking on the video will allow you to:


  • add an optional note & due date
  • view student progress
  • share the video to Google Classroom or copy & share the link with your students (please note that students will still need to log into their Student Dashboard when accessing the link)
  • schedule when the video moves from each teaching lane
  • delete the video from the Lesson Planner
