How to Manually Create Student Accounts (with a username)

If you are a teacher using Ellii, please follow the steps below to learn how to manually create student accounts with a username from your account.

Note: This method only works with the new Lesson Planner class format.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Once logged in to your account, click on Classroom and select Classes from the drop-down menu.

Step 2

When you land on the Classes page, select a class to that you would like to create the student account for.

Step 3

Once inside a class, click on the Students tab.

Step 4

Click on Manually create accounts.

Step 5

Enter your student's first & last name as well as the username you would like to use for this student account and the password then click Create account.

Step 6

An Account created pop-up will appear with your student's username and password. You will give these details to your student along with the Student Dashboard log-in page (https://ellii.com/students/login ). Click Done to exit.
