How to View Teacher Usage (Admin)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Once you have logged in, click on the profile icon in the top right corner and click Usage.

Step 2

You will land on the Usage page, where you will see your team’s activity. Clicking on Guided Tour will show a quick 5-step outline of how the page works.

This table represents the usage of each one of your teachers per week during the past 12 months.

Step 3

There are four categories of usage:

No Data- there is no information available for this week

Not Connected- the teacher was not part of the organization subscription this week,

Idle - the teacher did not use Ellii is week

Active - the teacher was actively using Ellii is week
