How to Reset Your Password (when you've forgotten it)
To reset your password if it has been lost or forgotten, please click on the link below. You'll be asked to enter your email address, and we will send you instructions on how to create a new password.

Step 1
Go to the Teacher Log-In page here:
Step 2
On the Teacher Log-In page, click the Forgot password? button underneath the Password box.
Step 3
On the Forgot Your Password? page, enter the email address your account is connected to and click Reset My Password.
Step 4
You will land on a page that confirms that your password reset instructions were emailed to you if you have an account with the email address you entered.
Step 5
You should immediately receive an email from us with a link to reset your password. Click the Change My Password button in this email to be directed to the password reset page.
Note: If you don't receive this email in your Inbox, please also check your Spam/Junk Mail folder in case it lands there.
Step 6
On the Change Your Password page, enter a new password, confirm it and hit the Save button. You will then be taken to the home page of the website and can proceed to use this new password the next time you log in.
If you don't receive the password reset email within 10 minutes, or if you have any difficulty resetting your password, please contact us and we will be happy to issue you a new temporary password.
